philosophy

This is a picture of Plato, a well known philosopher who had a major impact on the way that men learned and how they thought and why they thought in the ways they did.
My philosophy is that in order to teach one must learn, and when you teach a student well, they learn from you and you learn from them. Learning in general is usually a two way process. The learner gains information from something else and the person that they learn the information from gains something in return...either a new perspective or something else that relates to it. Everything with teaching has a cycle of a sort... you learn information, you teach information, you gain information through the experience of teaching, and then you apply the information you learn and then use that to teach the next time....It is a never ending cycle that consistently grows and grows -and it never stops.
