No matter what differences there are among students in a classroom it is the responsibility of the teacher to find ways to effectively teach all students.
On reading about differentiated teaching and learning in the classroom I found that the key to teaching is to reach all students. I think that this is a very important and key element in education because when a teacher wants their students to succeed and truly learn the content he or she will do everything they can to make sure that they all understand.
Every student has their own ways of learning about subjects and it is the teachers job to facilitate that learning by making the classroom an environment based on diverse learning strategies/learning experiences.
