diversity in thought

Even though we all have brains we don't all think or act in the same ways...we are all different -we learn differently and believe in different things that suit our own taste.
I think that it is important for every human being to understand that it is okay to have their own opininons, beliefs, values etc. even if they are different from someone elses. It also should be reitterated that just because a scholar, scientist has ample information supporting their thought(s) does not make them entirely correct. Likewise in educational practice it should always be considered that textbooks, or any other educational source is not 100% correct. Why? Because every book written has been written by another human being who has just as much leeway to say what is or is not correct -regardless of what supporting information is or is not out there. So my question is...If everyone learns differently, and everyone thinks differently then how can we truly educate others in a way that is not bias? Simply put -we cannot. Although diversity in teaching methods, and content are evident there is a form of bias attached to everything... I guess that a nice way to put it would be that every teacher holds his own in society because they are an individual in how they choose to teach, and what they choose to teach their students, and why. Every teacher contributes something to a childs education...now what I want to know is, "What will I contribute to my students education?" I guess that only time will tell!
